Your personal data and our usage of it
The Company collects personal information to ensure we can fulfill your rental order(s) and ensure that you may have a satisfactory shopping experience online and in our store(s).
Upon your booking of your intended rental, we shall collect and store your personal information so as to offer you a personal experience on our website and to make the renting process easier and quicker. Information collected shall include your full name, address, phone number, credit card details and email address.
In confirming your rental contract, you have specially consented to us that we may use your personal information for the following purposes:
Fulfilling your rental orders including payment clearance and Equipment processing for collection;
Responding to your enquiries;
Matching personal information at store(s) with information you provided in the booking;
Analysing trends and rental behavior as well as conducting customer surveys to continuously improve our offerings and services; and
Direct marketing as more particularly set out under point 2 below.
In confirming your rental contract, you have specifically consented to us using your personal information to conduct direct marketing activities with you. Our direct marketing activities shall only be conducted with respect to our promotional offers in our products and services (“Wifi Products”).
The direct marketing activities that we may conduct with you shall include sending to you email, text or other mobile messages or printed communications about Wifi Products and events or promotions that the Company may conduct online or at our store(s) with respect to Wifi Products.
Please be informed that you shall have the right to opt out in respect of these direct marketing activities.
